Telehealth Monitoring Program
Experience peace of mind with our state-of-the-art home monitoring solution, powered by Honeywell HomMed Health Monitoring System. Our state-of-the-art telehealth system uses an FDA Class II medical device that is customized to your health conditions and installed in your home, with training from one of our nurses. It’s extremely easy to use and takes daily measurements of your vital signs in three minutes or less.

Data is transmitted to a secure, web-based program and monitored every day of the week by a registered nurse, who will call if any of the data falls outside of parameters set by your physician. Medicare and commercial insurance patients who meet the selection criteria will be monitored at no cost. Others may be charged a nominal fee.
